Care Instructions Wipe clean with a soft cloth dampened in water and a mild washing-up detergent or soap, if necessary. Wipe dry with a clean cloth. The sensor is discreetly placed on the mixer tap’s side to prevent it from accidentally turning on when you work in the kitchen. The water flow turns off automatically after 10 seconds if the sensor does not detect any movement, so you never risk wasting water. The mixer tap has both a sensor and a manual lever. The lever is practical when filling a pot or other large container with water. The sensor's cleaning mode means that the mixer tap turns off for 2 minutes, so you can wipe the mixer tap without turning the water on. This is a durable mixer tap that you can use for many years, since the hard, ceramic discs withstand the friction that always occurs when you change the temperature of the water.
