Propane butane gas regulator 37mbar, 1,5kg/h with emergency valve and gauge, for 9-10mm hose

• Gas regulator intended for domestic use and meets standard EN16129.
• Used for every type of gas cylinder equipped with valve with manual opening and connector 21,8 x 1,14L.
• Used to power devices with gas with pressure indicated on data plate.
• Gas regulator equipped with manometer indicating current pressure in cylinder.
• Equipped with safety valve that activates in cases when gas device has higher gas usage level than regulator can actually operate or cord break has occured.

The main purpose of manometer usage is checking installation tightness.
Manometer allows to do a tightness test when mounting new installation and indicates gas low level in cylinder.

In order to do a tightness test, follow steps below:
- mount your system
- open gas cylinder valve
- fill up hose with gas
- turn off cylinder valve and „keep» gas in hose
In this moment, gas in in the system. If this system is gastight, manometer indicator will stay still. If there is a case of leakage, indicator will move slowly to zero. In this case, user must find leakage using soap water and repair it afterwards.

Additional advantage of manometer is informing only of low gas level.
Actual gas level can be observed as below:
- blue colour: cylinder empty, does not contain any liquid gas. Do not use cylinder until it is filled up again.
- yellow colour: early warning- plan filling up with gas as soon as it is possible. Estimated gas level allows usage for 1 or 2 hours. Pressure in cylinder higher than 1 bar.
- green colour: sufficient gas level in cylinder. Ready to use. Estimated gas level allows usage for more hours. Pressure in cylinder from 1 to 12 bar.
Manometer does not indicate precise gas level, but informs about necessity of cylinder change soon.
Thanks to it, user makes sure cylinder is empty and does not change cylinder that still contains gas.
