Description
3D NAND - technology for an easy PC upgrade
Thanks to the 3D NAND NAND Flash memory, the SU650 drive offers higher performance and better reliability compared to 2D NAND SSDs with a better price-performance ratio.
Faster Performance
An intelligent SLC caching algorithm allows NAND Flash to run in SLC mode helping to keep the SU650's peak read/write speeds at 520 / 450MB per second for smoother startup, transfer, and download.
Advanced Error Correction Code
With ECC (Error Correction Code) support, the SU650 can detect and repair errors to ensure data integrity and extend the life of your SSD. MTBF (Mean Time To Failure) is up to 2 million hours or 25% more than with 2D NAND NAND SSDs.
More durable, quieter and reliable
SSDs do not contain any mechanical components, so they outperform traditional HDDs in terms of greater resistance to shock, vibration (1500G / 0.5ms) and extreme temperatures (0 ° C-70 ° C). They are also completely silent during operation and consume very little energy while offering better data protection.
Dedicated Software - SSD Toolbox and Migration Tool
Each purchase of the Ultimate SU650 qualifies you for the free ADATA SSD Toolbox and Migration Tool downloads. The SSD Toolbox allows the user to monitor and manage the Ultimate SU650 by controlling drive status, wear level and life information. The migration utility is especially helpful for users converting from HDD to SSD as it provides quick and easy backup and migration of entire drives with the operating system.
